Instructions for Speakers and Poster Presenters
After receiving abstracts, the Scientific Committee will decide whether a submitted paper will be selected for oral or poster presentation.
Oral Presentation
- Presentation time: 8 minutes plus 2 minutes for discussion
- Invited speakers: 20 minutes plus 5 minutes for discussion
Technical Equipment
LCD projector will be available for oral presentation.
Speakers are kindly asked to prepare their computer presentations at least one hour before their lecture in the preparation room and give them to the Conference Secretariat Technician. Preparation room will be open daily from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.
Electronic Poster Presentations – Plasma Display Panels
Posters will be displayed in a digital form in the exhibition area on 2 plasma display panels. The authors are kindly asked to bring their digital posters to the preparation room and give them to the Conference Secretariat technician. Preparation room will be open daily from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.
